Karma is simply Cause & Effect
Specifically thoughts and actions built up by the course of our lives. Karma is cumulative.
This means we are the creators of our own lives. Things don’t just happen to us.. We make everything happen either as a conscious choice or a subconscious one. Often it is subconscious as we just sit back and accept our fate. Then, because life is lived according to this viewpoint, things just seem to happen.So if we have chosen to accept this viewpoint, it also means that we can change it. A change in perception is all that is required.
Again….No one creates your Karma except you. We draw people and events to our lives. We have created everything in our lives so far. We have chosen it, actively created it and participated in it. It is therefore the same process to change it as to create it. Choose, Create & Participate. Understand that the participation may just be accepting a situation or having the perception that someone else has the power over us. It is of course easy to blame others the government, society, family or your boss. Karma however is not about blame, it is about taking responsibility. Karma is always changeable and changing. It is possible to transcend and transform situations at will.
Past life Karma
We also have past life Karma that we have brought forward as such to this lifetime.
One example is relationships. We have many “ soul mate” relationships. People do not wander into our lives at random
We decide on a soul level about our plans for our future earthly life well before connecting with our new body. We ourselves choose the way to compensate for our past actions. We also make decisions about our new physical body, our parents and where we will be born. We are not being punished by anyone, not by any authoritative spiritual entity. Nothing is forced upon us – it is our choice, albeit perhaps somewhat limited as defined by our existing karma. Some choices and decisions are influenced by consultations with our spiritual guides, but the final decision is ultimately ours. Therefore many things happening right now could have their initial cause in a past life.
How to change Karma
First accept responsibility for your situation whether conscious or subconscious.
Then transform your perception to allow the possibility that Karma can be changed.
Now release all negative thoughts and beliefs of your own and those of others that may be affecting this situation, including those put upon you as ideas in childhood. See these being cleared and feel all this energy lifting away. Now transcend by putting new processes, actions and beliefs in their place. Visualise a new outcome to the situation. Effectively creating new positive Karma
